To qualify for this generous program please confirm in writing you have read and accept the terms below:

Terms and Conditions:

1. Purchase new racquet (or racquets) through Tenxpro.com website.
2. If you do not like the TENX racquet we will refund your money less a $30 USD fee.
3. To qualify you agree to the following –           
     1. The racquet you play with needs to be returned in reasonable condition.

     2. If additional racquets were purchased you need to return these “unused with the handle wrapping is intact”.

     3. Racquets are returned to Tenxpro within 4 weeks of the date delivery to you.

     4. You need to –

          1. package the racquets securely in the original delivery box.

          2. arrange and pay for the return air express transport.

     5. Deliver to –

4. You agree that if the used racquet is “unduly damaged” and if additional racquets purchased are “used and/or handle wrapping is not intact” Tenxpro has the right to fairly calculate and deduct the racquet “lost-value” from the refund.
